As of June 3, 2008, the company owned and operated 721 casual dining restaurants; franchise partnerships operated 122 restaurants; and traditional franchisees operated 48 domestic and 54 international restaurants in the United States, the Asia Pacific Region, India, the Middle East, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, Iceland, eastern Europe, and Central and South America. The company was founded in 1920 and is based in Maryville, Tennessee.

Chart looks prime for a dump back down to $3 or even $1
Analysts are also predicting the same to take place over the next few months.

I'm holding 9000 shares short at $6.13 now.

These Insider transactions show that the officers were buying in the $1 to $2 range mainly. They are sitting on a good profit right now and would be crazy not to sell at these levels...but that's just my honest opinion.

RT reports earnings tomorrow...Tuesday 7/7 and I'm thinking that PUTS would be the safest play right now.

Looking at $5 & $7.50 for about $1k on each.
